Sintel Systems Technical Support Information

We can help with initial setup, troubleshooting, or ongoing training and technical support for all Perennial Retail POS Software matters. An available Internet access is necessary for Remote Access. Without a stable internet connection we can not provide support. Technical Support does not cover cabling, network, or 3rd party peripheral support.

Requirements: Customers must be on a valid Technical Support & Maintenance Plan. Please have a Broadband Internet Connection ready at time of Initial Setup.  Local Internet Connection Setup is not included.

Weekdays: 7:00am to 7:00pm PST

Saturday: 10am to 5:00pm PST
