Global Payments (NYSE:GPN) operating  through Merchant Solutions, Issuer Solutions, and Business and Consumer Solutions and a strong Sintel Systems network partner announced the acquisition of Zego a property management software and digital commerce company, for $925 million.

GPN Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Jeff Sloan said, "We have further widened our competitive moat. With Zego we underscore our distinctive focus on software driven solutions with an emphasis on commerce enablement," and continued "With Worldline’s Payone Austrian acquiring business, we deepen our presence in the most attractive markets worldwide.”
