According to Krispy Kreme CEO & President, Mike Tattersfield, the top 3 items (ingredients) comprise 50 percent of cost of goods sold (COGS), but only 10 percent of total sales so they have been able to manage through the inflation challenge easier than others.  He also stated that they have been able to attract and receive three applicants for each open positions.

"Tattersfield continued, "as we run our new omni channel model which is really driving a fresh experience at 10,000 points of  access across the world... we look at growing the points of access by 1,000 per year."
