Fullerton, California - Security Cameras caught the Police beating of Kelly Thomas on July 5, 2011. Mr. Thomas died five days later as a result of injuries sustained during the beating. On May 9, 2012 and as a result of evidence obtained from security cameras, California Judge Walter Schwarm ordered two Fullerton police officers (Officer Manuel Ramos and Cpl. Jay Patrick Cicinelli) to stand trial for second-degree murder & involuntary manslaughter and involuntary manslaughter and felony use of excessive force, repetitively.

Sadly, Ron Thomas (father of Kelly Thomas) said his son would have "never thought a police officer would beat him to death."
