Los Angeles, Ca - September 13, 2012 - Security camera surveillance footage showing the shooting death of 20-year old Jonathan Cuevas by Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputy is set to be released tomorrow. The victim then falls to the ground. The police officer fires approximately seven times hitting the 20-year old four times.

The incident report presented by the LA County Sheriff's office states that deputy Julio Jove saw Cuevas point a gun at him after pulling it from his waistband. According to family and attorney, the surveillance  video fails to show that.

A Sheriff’s department incident report says the deputy involved, Julio Jove, says he saw Cuevas pull a handgun from his waistband and point it at him. But Cuevas' relatives maintain that the surveillance video doesn’t show that.
